Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in our CA, CFA, ACCA, or Commerce programs. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Enrollment & Admission
Admission to Winners Zone Pvt Limited programs (CA, CFA, ACCA, XI & XII) is subject to seat availability and the eligibility criteria specific to each course.
- The management reserves the right to grant or deny admission to any candidate based on eligibility checks.
- Student details provided during registration (Name, Email, Phone) must be accurate. Any discrepancy found later may lead to cancellation of enrollment.
- Enrollment is strictly non-transferable to another student or another academic year without prior approval.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing premium education. To maintain our standards and operational efficiency, the following financial terms apply:
- No Refunds: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances, unless specifically stated in a promotional offer or due to course cancellation by the institute.
- Installments: Students opting for installment plans must pay strictly on the due dates. Failure to do so may result in suspension of access to live classes and LMS materials.
- Taxes: Any applicable taxes (such as GST) are to be borne by the student/payer in addition to the course fee.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All educational materials provided by Winners Zone Pvt Limited are proprietary and protected by copyright laws.
- Personal Use Only: Study materials, video lectures, PDF notes, and recorded sessions are for the personal use of the enrolled student only.
- Prohibited Actions: Sharing, copying, distributing, selling, or uploading our content to third-party platforms without written permission is strictly prohibited.
- Legal Action: Unauthorized recording or redistribution of content will lead to immediate termination of enrollment and legal action.
4. Student Code of Conduct
We envision transforming students into thoughtful leaders. Therefore, we expect high standards of behavior from all Winners Zone students.
- Students must maintain discipline and decorum during offline and online classes.
- Disrespect, harassment, or abusive language towards faculty, staff, or fellow students will not be tolerated.
- Any student found disrupting the learning environment may be expelled without a refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Winners Zone Pvt Limited strives for the best results, passing competitive exams (CA, CFA, ACCA) depends heavily on the individual effort of the student.
- The institution does not guarantee examination results, pass percentages, or specific employment outcomes.
- Winners Zone is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government lockdowns, or technical internet failures beyond our control).
